And we got an e-mail request for some advice on the subject, Jen Cole wrote “We’re supposed to keep however [several] weeks of food on-hand, but how do you deal with food expiration without a ton of waste? Make and freeze casseroles? I don’t want to store a case of pasta! It’s overwhelming to think about.”
