Meghan’s Maple Mustard Dressing

Description

You can use this great everyday vinaigrette on salads, of course, but it also works well for seasoning vegetables after roasting or for marinading chicken or pork.


Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt


Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in lidded jar and shake to combine. Store at room temperature and use within a week or store in the fridge for several weeks.
